Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 12th Tribe finds, but we understand if things don't always work out. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive a digital gift card for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or credit within 5-7 business days.
